Our staff are 20 years and older with many years of experience. Federal and State background checks, using fingerprinting and the Child Abuse Registry, are required for all staff members to work with children. This check is done on every new employee and repeated every five years on existing employees. Each employee is required to have 15 hours of training every year and be CPR/First Aid certified. Most of the staff have been with us for at least five years to more than 25 years.
